David Bott specializes in financial reporting, accounting systems and controls and business planning for owner-managed businesses. He also advises businesses in the development stage and during periods of rapid growth.

He began his accounting career in 1975 with Arthur Young & Company, an international CPA firm. He became a principal in the Entrepreneurial Services Group, serving emerging and mid-sized service, manufacturing and retail companies. He joined the firm in 1989 as director of the accounting and auditing practice.

He is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley and a member of the Professional Services Management Association, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.
